2, the cause analysis

(1) The contractor pursues profits unilaterally, cut corners, and selects unqualified materials.

(2) The material is transported, stored and stored improperly, causing the material to bend and the surface to be scratched.

(3) During the processing of materials, the workbench and transporter are not clean, and the surface is scratched due to improper handling.

3. Governance measures

(1) According to the "Technical Specifications for Glass Curtain Wall Engineering", the glass curtain wall is suitable for civil construction projects with a strength of 6-8 degrees and a building height of not more than 150m. The curtain wall project shall be constructed and structurally designed according to the requirements of the specification, and the calculation results shall be submitted. The calculation results shall be reviewed and confirmed by the original design unit. If there are energy-saving requirements, heat-dissipating profiles should be used. Before the construction of the curtain wall project, a special construction plan shall be prepared as required. If the scale exceeds a certain scale, the expert argument shall be organized in accordance with the procedures stipulated in the “Safety Management Measures for Sub-projects with Large Risks” (Building Quality [2009] No. 87).

(2) Metal profiles entering the site must be inspected for specifications, models, ex-factory certificates and certificate of origin, verifying compliance with design requirements; checking chemical composition and mechanical properties test reports to verify compliance with national standards. (3) Before the profile is cut, the drawings should be carefully checked, and the building should be re-tested, and the size of the profile should be adjusted according to the actual size.

(4) Strict process management to keep the working environment clean and orderly. The semi-finished product handover must adhere to the process inspection system and eliminate the non-conforming products in time; the curtain wall components must pass the acceptance and pass the assembly and installation procedures, and the unqualified products are strictly prohibited from being used in the project.

(5) The dimensional accuracy of the cutting of the profile processing, the machining accuracy of the groove (external and 榫), the assembly accuracy, etc. shall comply with the relevant standards.

(6) The profile assembly should be firm, and each joint gap should be reliably sealed. Self-tapping screws for aluminum profile connection shall be made of stainless steel, and the tip of the screw shall not protrude into the frame groove to prevent local crushing and breakage of the glass.
