Qualified tempered glass will have 3C standard and factory code, and 3C mark is the mark certified by CTC (China Building Materials Inspection and Certification Group). The factory code is a combination of letters and numbers, factory safety glass certified factory code given by CTC. The name of the certified company can be found on the CTC official website through the factory code. And you can check the glass thickness and variety of the certification factory and the certification license period!
Regular glass processing plants will also print their own product marks on their own tempered glass. So that customers can understand whether the glass they bought is the tempered glass of the regular manufacturer!
In general, tempered glass without 3C certification mark and factory code can be regarded as unqualified tempered glass. The country's inspection standards for tempered glass are as high as 9 items. The allowable deviation of each medium-thickness glass is specified according to the difference in glass thickness. For example, the allowable deviation of the thickness of the 12mm tempered glass is +-0.4 mm.
